HeartVets are seeking a Certificate-holding cardiologist to join our friendly, independent, Specialist-led team.
This is a unique opportunity to join our 8 existing cardiology clinicians (2 RCVS Specialists and 6 experienced certificate-level advanced practitioners), due to continued expansion.
You will work with an outstanding team of cardiology nurses, administrators and Holter analysts, based in busy peripatetic clinics around Cardiff and Swansea. We have a thriving interventional caseload as well as the UK’s largest online telecardiology service.

We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for clinical and interventional cardiology and have a varied and interesting clinical and telemedicine caseload (including frequent detailed ECG and Holter analysis and interpretation, working alongside experienced Holter analysts).
There is an active support network between team members and frequent team meetings to keep our knowledge up to date. There are plenty of opportunities for teaching and research and you will be exposed to cardiac emergencies and a busy cardiac interventional service. Expertise performing cardiac interventions is not essential. We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our referral administration team as our clinical service continues to grow. This role would be ideally suited to an experienced RVN looking to move out of clinical work, but other candidates with referral admin experience would also be considered. A good working knowledge of common computer software is required but all equipment will be provided.
