HeartVets are seeking a Certificate-holding cardiologist to join our friendly, independent, Specialist-led team.

This is a unique opportunity to join our 8 existing cardiology clinicians (2 RCVS Specialists and 6 experienced certificate-level advanced practitioners), due to continued expansion.

You will work with an outstanding team of cardiology nurses, administrators and Holter analysts, based in busy peripatetic clinics around Cardiff and Swansea. We have a thriving interventional caseload as well as the UK’s largest online telecardiology service.

We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for clinical and interventional cardiology and have a varied and interesting clinical and telemedicine caseload (including frequent detailed ECG and Holter analysis and interpretation, working alongside experienced Holter analysts).

There is an active support network between team members and frequent team meetings to keep our knowledge up to date. There are plenty of opportunities for teaching and research and you will be exposed to cardiac emergencies and a busy cardiac interventional service. Expertise performing cardiac interventions is not essential. Our objective is to provide the best possible care to our patients with close and frequent client communication, and to provide expert opinion to veterinary practitioners in the UK and across the globe.
